Cleaning With Care is a local, professional family-run company based in Didsbury, providing cleaning services to both domestic and commercial clients. We have a well trained, reliable, hardworking and fully insured team; offering hours and schedules to suit your lifestyle or your business.

Our cleaners are fully vetted and the work of each one is checked regularly to ensure that the standard of cleaning remains high.
For regular contracts, once allocated to a customer our cleaner will continue to work for them; however, if the cleaner is absent because of illness or holidays we will ensure that a suitable replacement cleaner is supplied.
Our staff are aware of the company’s Health & Safety Policy which conforms to the Health and Safety at Work Act. 1974.
All our staff, are paid a substantial mark up to the minimum wage and is what we refer to as an ‘efficiency wage’. Which reduce monitoring, supervision and staff turnover cost. By reducing turnover of staff, we consistently achieve 99.8% service attendance practically eliminating contract failure.
Cancellations
You should give 2 days’ notice of cancellation of a particular service.
Additional Services
Any request for services in addition to your normal contract should be made 2 days’ in advance of the normal cleaning day.
Amendments to normal service
If your normal cleaning day falls on a public holiday this will be cancelled and we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Insurance
Cleaning With Care is fully insured for public liability.
Please advise us of any items for which particular care is needed.
Provision of staff
We will normally provide the same cleaner or cleaning team; however we reserve the right to provide alternative personnel.
